Herodotus, sometimes called the “Father of History”, was an Ancient Greek author born around 484 BCE. He set out on a long journey to record the origin of the wars between Greece and Persia, and met many interesting characters and creatures along the way….He even tells us himself he’s not sure he believe everything he’s heard is true — but writes it down anyway!
